Stranded

After the loss of their mother, a group of estranged siblings agree to scatter her ashes at their family cabin outside Fouke, Ark. On the way, they break down and are stalked and terrorized by a Sasquatch.

Directed by Shawn Burkett, Stranded leans on a strong ensemble — Tamara Glynn, Charles Solomon Jr., Dale Miller — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about horror titles of 2023.
