Wu Qingqing successfully infiltrates, but was forced to inject a gene induction fluid.
Directed by Liu Binjie, Mutant: Ghost War Girl leans on a strong ensemble — Miya Muqi, Li Mingxuan, Liu Beige — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about science fiction titles of 2022.
