What's Up Doc?

Who's the mysterious little man wrapped in bandages? Is he a patient with a rare disease? Or could he be a spy, sent in by the hospital administrators to discover why a modern medical facility is losing money? New employees, Miss Bump and Miss Grind, who hire on as cleaning ladies, put on nurses uniforms by mistake and soon begin to put "New Blood" into the medical procedures at the hospital.
