The Railroad

One night, a man and a woman, both drunk and both lost souls, get on the last train at different stations. However, other then being drunk, the two have something else in common -- they are emotionally hurt in one way or another.

Directed by Park Heung-sik, The Railroad leans on a strong ensemble — Kim Kang-woo, Son Tae-young, Baek Jong-hak — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 2007.
