Gaze

“Later I realized that the sight of stare had a temperature.” This story is about a teenager, her name is Chen An, who has been living with her mother in every random place. But this time they moved to a “Miss” penthouse suite. This was not very acceptable to her and she kept wondering what is it about like at school.

Directed by Chen Ying-tzu, Gaze leans on a strong ensemble — Lin Yu-ting, Molly Lin, Chen Yu-hsuan — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 2022.
