About 68 Days
Kyoko, a high school teacher, was kidnapped and confined by a rapist named Seigo. Seigo steals Kyoko's personal information from her computer and kidnaps a female student named Miho. Thus begins the days of hell for the two of them. While alternately raping Kyoko and Miho, Seigo's magic hands are also directed at his classmate Junko. However, it was a forbidden act that exposed a certain "secret" that Kyoko and Miho were afraid of.
Directed by Yasushi Koshizaka, 68 Days leans on a strong ensemble — Narumi Koharu, Riko Matsui, Sawa Masaki — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about horror titles of 2015.
