
A businessman with a compulsive gambling problem which has led to his wife leaving him, travels to Reno, Nevada for some gambling therapy which takes a turn when he picks up a psychotic serial killer posing as a hitchhiker.
Directed by Kurt Voss, The Pass leans on a strong ensemble — William Forsythe, James Le Gros, Elizabeth Peña — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about thriller titles of 1998.
