About Caimanes de la Galaxia
CARLOS is a deeply selfish teenager who dreams of succeeding in the “Intergalactic Baseball Leagues” but is forced to move to a place so remote that he himself has baptized “Pluto” and move greatly away from his goal. His only opportunity to push himself again towards the “Intergalactic Leagues” is to be part of a team of “Caimanes”, that is, some discarded players and challenge the “Lancers”, the best team in “Pluton”.
Directed by Ignacio Márquez, Caimanes de la Galaxia leans on a strong ensemble — Franklin Fernández, Amaia Peña, César Placid — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about family titles of 2025.
