A young teacher heads to her new workplace in a private school where most of the students are the children of wealthy people who do not care about education in any way. In the class she is in charge of, she faces a group of students and their various pranks, and discovers that many of the previous teachers have suffered psychological crises because of them, so she tries to reform them.

Directed by Gamal El Tabeai, Back to School Troublemakers leans on a strong ensemble — Mimi Gamal, Hussein ElSherbiny, Maher Essam — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2002.
