The second installment in the series of fantasy swordplay action movies starring Riki Takeuchi. After the previous battle, Kengo and his allies go to Kengo's father, Muneyoshi, to leave their swords with him and tell him about the masterless Murasame Utsusemi. After Kengo leaves, Muneyoshi is attacked by Shimazu, who suddenly appears.
Directed by Noboru Matsui, MURAMASA Chapter 2: The Power of Words leans on a strong ensemble — Riki Takeuchi, Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi, Mika Katsumura — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
