A gynecologist, Dr. Chloe Surreal, introduces herself to a new medical intern, Riley Nixon. Chloe will be briefing Riley on the various aspects of being a gynecologist. Chloe starts listing gynecology topics, and says that some gynecologists will also take it upon themselves to perform breast exams on patients. Riley admits that she's not familiar with how to perform a breast exam, but feels that it's important to know how to do it. Chloe agrees, and offers to teach Riley how to perform one! A housecleaner, Lauren Phillips, is hard at work when she enters another room to clean it, but when she flicks on the lights, she gets an eyeful of pussy! It turns out that her employers' teen girl, Kimmy Kimm, was masturbating in the dark. Lauren says she'll go clean another room so Kimmy can... have some privacy. But Kimmy says that Lauren doesn't have to disrupt her routine for Kimmy's sake Kayley Gunner is the maid of honor for her best friend, Vicki Chase.
