Pillow Fortress

When Lana brings her new boyfriend Bart on a visit to Tommy’s house, it doesn’t take long for the two men to realize that they knew each other as young children. Soon though, they disagree about their memories of a specific, trivial event. And as the disagreement lingers, some of Bart’s other resentments surface.

Directed by Zander Coté, Pillow Fortress leans on a strong ensemble — Alex Karpovsky, Tim Nordwind, Rosa Procaccino — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2023.
