As a child, Aung Zay was oppressed by the entire village, and was taught by his adoptive mother, Ma Hla, and was taught to communicate with people and 37 spirits. Aung Zay came into contact with the spirits and became famous.

Directed by Nay Paing, High Class leans on a strong ensemble — Nay Toe, Nyi Htut Khaung, Thuriya — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 2019.
