Racquel is a young spirit who just can not seem to move onward and upward, because the man in her physical life can not seem to get over her. So she does what any thoughtful ghost would: she helps him find another lover, and in the process they help each other to some of the hottest action since Racquel lit up the screen over a year ago.

Directed by Derrick Lane, Cloud 9 leans on a strong ensemble — Asia Carrera, Racquel Darrian, Barbara Doll — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about fantasy titles of 1995.
