One Shot Sam

This film follows One Shot Sam, played by Donald G. Jackson, who is a private investigator based in Hollywood, California. He sends for his one time partner, Lazlo Mauser, played by Conrad Brooks, who had relocated to Akron, Ohio, in order to crack a cases based in the Country Rock Music of the 1970s.

Directed by Scott Shaw, One Shot Sam leans on a strong ensemble — Donald G. Jackson, Conrad Brooks — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
