La Hayde Maske

Pandemic outbreaks are rampant around the world. A pandemic has been declared, and masks are nowhere to be found. What's more, some factories are hoarding supplies. Rahmi, a neighborhood resident, is so inspired by La Casa De Papel that he forms a nine-person amateur team of local shopkeepers and decides to rob a mask factory. But things will not go as planned.

Directed by Sefa Özçelik, La Hayde Maske leans on a strong ensemble — Ayhan Taş, Burak Satıbol, Hüseyin Elmalıpınar — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2024.
