In a near-future Japan where every property is haunted except one, a man named Yamada lives contentedly in the last 'normal' home. However, Furano, a wealthy man with a ghost allergy, teams up with property manager Nezu to try and force Yamada out. But Yamada refuses to budge, no matter what they throw at him.
Directed by Kiyoto Naruse, Nihon de Ichiban Kowakunai Madori leans on a strong ensemble — Kenta Osaka, Kotoha Hiroyama, Manzo Shinra — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
