Kazuya Fujisawa was once a good and earnest young man, but after being cruelly dumped by his girlfriend, Miho, he became impotent. However, he can only get excited when he gropes. One day, Kazuya is about to be taken to the police station by Momoko, who he groped. Kazuya desperately apologizes. Momoko feels sorry for Kazuya and allows him to be taken to the police station. The two somehow feel a connection and go out for a drink. They then confess their pasts to each other.
Directed by Yutaka Ikejima, Groper Train: Groping Techniques leans on a strong ensemble — Fumiho Fujiwara, Yumika Hayashi, Misao Sugihara — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about screen titles of 1995.
