Undreamt of Things

Ataman Tsogoo and a ten-year-old schoolgirl, Selengee, fall in love and give birth to twin boys. However, due to Selengee's father's trickery, the young people are separated, and Selengee takes one of the boys and goes to a distant land, returning twenty years later. However, the two young men, who are like drops of water, meet each other many times before their parents, and as they are exchanged, events that are unexpected even in a real dream, full of laughter and tears, unfold. Can they reunite their parents and find their lost time and stolen happiness?

Directed by Naranbaatar Namnan, Undreamt of Things leans on a strong ensemble — Enkhtuwshin Baljaa, Myagmarnaran Gombo, Tumurkhuyag Tsegmid — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2013.
