Iris

After being attacked in a subway late at night, young artist Iris relives the past few weeks of her life as she pieces together events that led her to the encounter. Her violent father’s abuse of her mother builds tension in their home, and she flees the hostility to new friends in Alice and Vincent. She develops unexpected feelings towards Alice, but family tragedy soon throws her entire world into question.

Directed by Brandon Gotto, Iris leans on a strong ensemble — Margaux Colarusso, Alizé Nickolson, Annick Cornette — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about romance titles of 2025.
