Hanako, who works at a girls' bar, is having an affair with a married man named Etsuo, who likes older men. When Etsuo's wife, Tomoe, notices her husband's affair, she suddenly shows up at Hanako's workplace and asks him to be her friend.
Directed by Yumi Yoshiyuki, Mucha furi kaika-chû: Uwaki musume to hoteri tsuma leans on a strong ensemble — Machi Ikuno, Ruby Aiba, Yuuka Hirose — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
