About The Girl from SLIDE
Action of the film takes place in the capital city of Georgia. The film leading character is Zuzu, a young successful businessman, owner and manager of Iberia Business Group. Zuzu has close relationship with advertising and modeling business representatives, he is a part of their circle and the darling of ladies. However, as it turns out, he is a knight and even a big adventurer for the sake of love.
Directed by Giga Agladze, The Girl from SLIDE leans on a strong ensemble — Zuzu Bejashvili, Paata Papuashvili, Naniko Khazaradze — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2009.
