Mohan is a starving boy who witnesses his mother die at the hands of villains. He grows up to become Rotiwala, a Robin Hood for the people of Mumbai. Along the way, he meets friends like the lawyer Arjun, and the dancer Sharda. They team up to take down the villains ruining all their lives together.
Directed by Sohanlal Kanwar, Paapi Pet Ka Sawaal Hai leans on a strong ensemble — Rajesh Khanna, Jaya Prada, Shatrughan Sinha — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
