Ashiq is a playboy teenager born into a privileged family. Along with his friends Py, Adan and Gel, the four of them run a Facebook account dedicated to finding girls for flings. Their dates often go well, though some of the girls are upset with the way the boys treated them. One day, a murder takes place at the college where Ashiq and his friends are studying. The victims are allegedly killed by a ghost that resides in Facebook. The mysterious case makes Ashiq and his friends fear for their lives.
Directed by James Lee, Sunti @Facebook leans on a strong ensemble — Fouziah Gous, Izzue Islam, Lufya Omar — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about horror titles of 2015.
