Have You Seen Clem

Despite living in one of the most affluent countries in the world, millions of people in the United States live in poverty, and hundreds of thousands are homeless. Jaymo, an aspiring filmmaker, suddenly finds himself homeless and living out of his car. Desperate to find his way out, he begins shooting a documentary about the overlooked homeless people in this sharply divided society. When he meets a mysterious bum named Clem, Jaymo realizes that every homeless person has a cart full of secrets and a unique story of personal collapse to tell.

Directed by Erich Lyttle, Have You Seen Clem leans on a strong ensemble — Kris Jamieson, Clem Weredail, Danny Bruno — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2005.
