About Besotted with Yuri
At the suggestion of Yuri, Hiro arranges a party at his small bar in Shinjuku. Yuri's three high school classmates – Hiro, Kenji and Tamotsu – are also joined by Takeru, who went to the same university with Hiro and Yuri, but who Kenji and Tamotsu haven't met before. As the four men eagerly wait for Yuri to arrive, the various secrets related to the men's relationships to Yuri start to come to light.
Directed by Yûya Nakaizumi, Besotted with Yuri leans on a strong ensemble — Ryu Yoshikawa, Tokuhisa Yamashita, Kota Fuji — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
