Premonition

Juan has a gift he deeply hates: as a child, he suffered the death of a friend, which he predicted, and then saw his wife die. Because of this torment, he decides to isolate himself in a cabin in the woods. Now he repeatedly dreams of the death of Paula, whom he has yet to meet. One day, Paula and her husband show up at his door asking for help. Surprised to see her, Juan opens the door and a new dramatic story begins. Will his dreams come true? Will he be able to save Paula? Who will try to kill her?

Directed by Karin Santos, Premonition leans on a strong ensemble — Diego Cremonesi, Ludovico Di Santo, Karina Piñeiro — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about screen titles of 2025.
