Following the initial visit to Kisarazu Physical Education University's women’s sumo club, the production team returns to document the arrival of two new female members. Though still shy about exposing their bodies, the newcomers endure intense training, including oil sumo and the newly introduced double-headed vibrator sumo. The coach demands focus and combativeness: "Stick out your butt! Lock eyes with your opponent! Stay focused!". The story highlights the clash between Kokoro Ayase and Moa Wakatsuki, who battle not only their rivals but also their own inner limits.
