Three Waltzes

The film is based on the memoirs of Klavdiya Shulzhenko and her songs: "The Blue Scarf", "Three Waltzes", "Silence", "Hands", "The Note". The film features archival footage, as well as scenes shot in Kharkiv and Paris.

Directed by Andrey Torstensen, Three Waltzes leans on a strong ensemble — Irina Rozanova, Nani Bregvadze, Klavdiya Shulzhenko — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about music titles of 2006.
