About Heads or Tails
Ramin (Ali Sadeghi) is a boy with a poor financial situation who is interested in Niloufar (Sahar Qureshi) from a wealthy family. Niloufar's father, Manouchehr (Mohammad Reza Haqgoo), gives Ramin three months to make arrangements for marriage and living with Niloufar. To get the money they need, Ramin hatches a plan with his friend Behrouz (Arash Asad) and impersonates Ramin as the missing son-in-law of a wealthy family who has lost his memory in order to receive the promised money.
Directed by Farshad Arj, Heads or Tails leans on a strong ensemble — Ali Sadeghi, Sahar Ghoreyshi, Abbas Mahboob — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 2013.
