Martine, a photographer for high-end fashion magazines, occasionally takes explicit photos for special clients to supplement her income. While Sophie and Jean-Pierre, two models, pose naked in her studio, she captures their images. Seeking a break from her work, she picks up Pepe, a tramp, from the street. The film explores the blurred lines between art, desire, and exploitation, as Martine's professional and personal boundaries begin to dissolve.

Directed by Alain Payet, Délires sexuels leans on a strong ensemble — Barbara Moose, Christine Lodes, Lucette Gill — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
