About Young-gu Home Alone 2
Young-gu feels that he usually feels inflamed by the excessive protection of his parents and wants to live alone. One day, he goes on a trip with his parents. Young-gu, who accidentally lost his parents on a trip, finds his wallet and money in his father's luggage, wanders around by himself, living an uncontrolled life of his parents, but realizes that his parents' nagging was for him, and he goes to his parents' side.
Directed by Kang Ku-yeon, Young-gu Home Alone 2 leans on a strong ensemble — Shim Hyung-rae, Park Seung-dae, Oh Sung-woo — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 1993.
