Glitched

Set against a world of super spies and bad guys, Glitched is a non-stop action and full on comedy about mistaken identity. "Billy Speckle", a tech-geek accountant thinks that he's found the girl of his dreams in a shady Internet chat site. Under gunfire and on the other end of the line is government spy "Black Cat" who thinks that she's found her newly assigned contact. When she relays him a top secret package she's stolen, Ziel, the leader of a powerful and subversive organization, is on to Billy and will stop at nothing to get it back. Now Billy and Black Cat are the only ones that stand between the package, and the nation's security!

Directed by William Lau, Glitched leans on a strong ensemble — Matt Yoshikazu Gates, Jennifer Wong, Brenda Lindstrom — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about action titles of 2005.
