
Ten thousand kilometers is the distance that separates France from Peru. Sylvie (Catherine Salviat) and François Boyer (Alexandre Arbatt) crossed this distance for the first time seventeen years ago to adopt Vincent (Jef Odet Sarfati), born in Lima, who became their eldest son. A year later, they returned to Peru to look for Marie (Cristiana Reali), who is now sixteen.
