The "Navalameca 70s" project is a docufiction in which Team Petzl athletes transform into 1960s-style climbers, tackling the most extreme boulders in Navalosa (Spain) wearing the EB climbing shoes our parents used to wear.
Directed by Guillaume Broust, Navalameca 70's leans on a strong ensemble — Philippe Ribière, Michael Fuselier, Tony Lamiche — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about documentary titles of 2008.
