Dosa Terlindung

Several years ago, Zie abandoned her husband, Khairi, and their two children, Eisya and Irfan, when they were still young. She could not bear to live a life of hardship with them. At that time, Zie was captivated by love for Faizal, who made promises to give her pleasure. Zie became Faizal's wife, but their marriage did not last long. She asked for a divorce because she could not tolerate his womanizing ways and became a victim of Faizal's beatings. Khairi, on the other hand, is now a successful businessman. Learning of this, Zie is determined to find Khairi and his children. She is willing to use her two children to win back Khairi's heart. But the existence of Hana becomes an obstacle for Zie to reconcile with her ex-husband.

Directed by Khalid Nadzri, Dosa Terlindung leans on a strong ensemble — Zamarul Hisham, Eira Syazira, Jue Aziz — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about screen titles of 2017.
