Before the Aftermath... Debra and Mitch share a strange secret. They have been together forever but they've never had sex. Until one night their bond is shaken. Debra upset, leaves to stay with friends. It's not long until Debra learns the awful truth about them: the grass isn't always greener. At the same time Mitch realizes he is lost without Debra. And the rest, well, is the aftermath.

Directed by David Stanley, Aftermath leans on a strong ensemble — Briana Banks, Lezley Zen, Nicole Sheridan — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about screen titles of 2004.
