When Ninon finds out that her neighbor and popular classmate Yuiji Kira only has one year to live, she decides to go out of her way and help him attain happiness on his remaining time.

Hiroko attends the memorial service of her fiancé, Itsuki Fujii, who died in a mountain-climbing incident.
