About I Have Two Mothers and Two Fathers
The parents of a two boys remarried after divorce. The older one stayed with his father and his attractive young wife, while the younger one stayed with the mother and her new husband. On Sundays, the two boys visit the other family alternately, and the younger Djuro will soon realize that they have much more in common.
Directed by Krešimir Golik, I Have Two Mothers and Two Fathers leans on a strong ensemble — Mia Oremović, Relja Bašić, Fabijan Šovagović — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about comedy titles of 1968.
