Through this narrative the authors deal with the spirit of avant-garde art in the first half of the 20th century. Directed by Neven Korda Andrič, The Sand Collectors leans on a strong ensemble — Damjana Grašič, Majolka Šuklje, Katjuša Kovačič — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
