
In the future, the corrupt government is losing to a rebel force. They send a T69 Terminatrix to the past to make Sera Koto, the father of the woman who leads the resistance in their time, impotent. The resistance sends a woman back to stop her and the race is on.
Directed by Mikio Hirota, Terminatrix leans on a strong ensemble — Kei Mizutani, Syoko Kudo, Yuuki Fujisawa — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about thriller titles of 1995.
