Today the Feira de São Joaquim and its marketers live situations similar to those of the Cinema Novo films, in parallel they wait with hope for the beginning of the revitalization and expansion of the largest open market in Bahia.
Directed by Fabíola Aquino, Água de Meninos – A Feira do Cinema Novo leans on a strong ensemble — Antônio Pitanga, Gessy Gesse, Matheus Aleluia — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
