Samad be madreseh miravad

In the village where Samad lives, the "Fighting Illiteracy" organization organizes a literacy class for the elderly to teach them literacy skills. In order to trap a group of smugglers, the head of the police force arranges a "politics" and sends one of the smugglers he has arrested to the class. The smuggler's friends, who have learned of the presence of their accomplice in the class, try to escape him, unaware of the trap that has been set for them. At the moment when the smugglers want to free their friend and the police station officers are unaware, Samad, who is one of the students in the class, enters the fray and traps the fugitive and the group of smugglers, and delivers them to the police station.

Directed by Parviz Sayyad, Samad be madreseh miravad leans on a strong ensemble — Parviz Sayyad, Nozar Azadi, Mohammad Eskandari — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
