About Genuine Love
The story takes place in Qinghe Altay, Xinjiang, a small county surrounded by mountains. Wang Caixia, a little girl in rags and with an abscess on her head was looking for her lost elder brother Wang Yunhui. She was so lonely and homeless that Anipha adopted her. Now Anipha and Abibo have 19 kids in their family, but they still fight on with hope.
Directed by Xirzat Yahup, Genuine Love leans on a strong ensemble — Kunduzai Tasi, Baihetiyaer Eziz, Kamiran Kamili — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 2014.
