A young Argentinian reporter is writing an article about snuff films - which depict real torture, rape and murder of people. But seeking the films and those behind them might backfire. She herself is in danger of becoming one of the suffering.

Directed by Mariano Peralta, Snuff 102 leans on a strong ensemble — Yamila Greco, Eduardo Poli, Andrea Alfonso — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about thriller titles of 2007.
