An anthology of two highly experimental apocalyptic fantasy dramas with sci-fi and psychological horror elements. Originally intended to comprise a third story, 'Sifr' ['Zero'], directed by Nagi Angelo, the film was banned outright by the Egyptian censors and may not have had its domestic premiere until it was broadcast on satellite television in November 2012.
Directed by Nagy Angelo, Mohamed Fadel, Two - One - Zero leans on a strong ensemble — Noura, Youssef Fakhr El Din, Salah Zulfikar — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 1974.
