On a rainy and windy day, characters try to lead normal lives despite the inclement weather. Every everyday task becomes an ordeal, leading to clumsiness, falls, and a series of absurd situations. Through these successive incidents, the film ironically observes how humanity struggles against a world that is slipping away from it.
Directed by Rasa Strautmane, Bad weather leans on a strong ensemble — Olga Gavrilyuk, Aleksandr Lenkov, Stanislav Fedosov — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
