An apparition of a man caught on candid video. Producer Lee Min-hyung in Mokdugi production thinks there is a reason for the ghost to appear on the video. He goes to investigate the motel where the candid camera was hidden. He finds out that until recently the owner of the motel had own a haunted house where whole family was killed. It is a fake-documentary style murder mystery.
Directed by Yun Jun-hyung, Mokdugi Video leans on a strong ensemble — Cho Youn-ho, Yang Ah-ram, Kim Byung-tae — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about horror titles of 2005.
