Jimmy Jones

Small time criminal Jimmy from Malmö, dreams of making it big. All he has to do is to pull off the drug deal of his lifetime with the infamous crime boss Dragan. Things don't go as planned, and suddenly Jimmy becomes a wanted man on the run from the police. He turns to the girl he loves Josephine, and during a few unforgettable summer nights their passion stirs a storm of emotions. Jimmy has to put everything on the line to fulfill his dream, but his past comes back to haunt him. The two lovers have to make a decision that will change their lives forever.

Directed by Jonas Overton, Jimmy Jones leans on a strong ensemble — Linus Nilsson, Thorsten Flinck, Josefine Ekman — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.
