Six Twenty Eight

18-year-old Sasha is in love with her dorm neighbor and passionately hates the latter’s boyfriend, Egor, who illegally lives in their room. More than anything, Sasha wants to get rid of Egor — at any cost. She doesn’t know yet that sometimes a dream coming true is the worst that can happen.

Directed by Anna Kuznetsova, Six Twenty Eight leans on a strong ensemble — Mariya Lapshina, Ivan Mulin, Yuliya Dzhulai — to carry a story that balances spectacle with character.

The film landed with audiences for its craft and performances, and remains one of the most talked-about drama titles of 2018.
